One night retention charge will be applicable for NO SHOW or same day cancellation

All Group reservation should be guaranteed with 50% advance at the time of reservation. Balance amount needs to be paid 3 days prior to the arrival date

Cancellation of all guaranteed reservation should be done 7 days prior to arrival for refund(After the bank charges)

Any cancellation done after 7 days but 3 days prior to the arrival date will attract 50% cancellation charge

No refund will be applicable for No Show or same day cancellation
